Midland Home Invasion

A man had a gun put to his head during a terrifying home invasion. He was in his Hartman Drive apartment with his girlfriend and two young children when an armed man burst in. Police say the attack was likely not random.

Tiger Woods Injured

Golfer Tiger Woods was injured in a car crash in outside his home in Florida. Initial reports that Woods suffered serious injuries were incorrect. Police are still investigating, but say alcohol was not a factor.

The Barrie Salvation Army Kettle Drive is falling short of its goal. The campaign is $40,000 dollars short of where it was this time last year. The goal is to raise $400,000 to help give needy people a Christmas.

The flu assessment clinic is wrapping up Monday – but flu clinics are extended into December. Absentee rates at local schools are back to normal with fewer children reporting ill, and health officials say that for many people now is an ideal time to get the vaccine.
