Drink For Food
Roseanne Barr and TV host Al Roker have done it.

The topic is surgery on the stomach or intestines to physically force obese people to eat less.

However, researchers are now worried some patients may be swapping a food addiction for an alcohol addiction.

Paul Lentz., for example, once weighed 500 pounds, but saw his size cut in half thanks to gastric bypass surgery.

However, Lentz says he began to drink like he used to eat and soon became an alcoholic.

Alcohol passes into the blood stream more rapidly following gastric surgery.
