Fresh fruit is the number one snack choice of Canadians.
Yogurt, however, has overtaken potato chips in the number three spot.
A new report adds that chocolate remains number two.
The survey asked three thousand adults and kids to complete diaries about their food intake over one week last year.
Fresh fruit represented 20- percent of snack food choices, while chocolate, yogurt, and cookies came in at 7 percent.
Potato chips fell to 6 percent.
