Fraidy Cats
A London woman is making plush stuffed cats to help people coping with cancer.

Tammy Heisal made the first "Fraidy Cat" in 1999 for her mother who was dying of cancer.

Since then she has made hundreds of the stuffed animals for adults and children.

Each cat is customized, with coloured ribbons signifying differing types of cancer awareness.

Each cat also comes with a poem which Heisel hopes will lift the spirits of the new owner.

The cats cost 30 dollars plus shipping and handling.

This month half of all proceeds with be donated to cancer-related charities because its Breast Cancer Awareness Month.
