Car ends up in culvert on Commissioners Road
A bizarre crash kept London's emergency crews busy and puzzled onlookers focused on a culvert at the side of a busy road this afternoon.

Police, fire and ambulance had to pull out a car wedged into a cement culvert along Commissioners Road.

It all started when a tow truck driver noticed a man driving a Pontiac Sunfire speeding through a red light.

The tow truck driver called police and followed the man.

He began driving erratically and then veered off the road into a drainage ditch near Wortley.

Police suspect the driver suffered from some sort of medical condition.

Two nurses on scene said the man looked blue in the face, confused and disoriented, though he appeared to sustain little injury from the crash.
