A 22 month old London girl has 25 stitches in her face after being bitten by the family pit bull.
The girl is recovering at home, and the pit bull is in quarantine awaiting euthenasia.
The incident happened Monday night. Melissa Price says her daughter Ava had backed the dog into a corner and was taunting the dog with a bone.
The dog was in Ontario before the province's anti-pit bull legislation was passed, and since it was indoors it did not have to be muzzled.
