Alma Arson Goes to Court (SEE VIDEO)
Future of Site Still Unclear

- - - STORY CONTINUES BELOW IMAGE - - -
The case of two youths charged in connection with the fire that destroyed Alma College in St. Thomas was before the courts today.

In the meantime, the future of the building site remains unclear. The Zubick family of London own the property, and they are wating for lawyers to decide its status.

Mayor Cliff Barwick says a clean up order should be in place by spring, but it is up to the province to decide what happens, not the city.

Supporters who had wanted the property declared a heritage site before the fire destroyed the buildings, continue to mourn the loss.
