Numbers Euthanized in Decline

A new report for London City Council paints an encouraging picture of animal welfare in the city.
Environmental Services says the number of animals being euthanized has fallen considerably.
But a community group called Animal Outreach says they are the reason.
They have simply been adopting the animals before they can be put down by Animal Care and Control.
