The arrest of a Wetsern student who was exhibiting signs of violent mental distress has been seen by more than half a million people on the internet after being recorded on a cell phone.

And London Police Chief Murray Faulkner says the force used was not pretty, but appropriate.

Since the night of his arrest however, Irnes Zeljkovic has hired lawyer Phillip Millar who does not agree with the chief's assessment.

Zeljkovic is considering legal action, and all the charges against him were stayed because the the case is being treated as a mental health matter.
