Calgary Man in Custody

A 30 year old Calgary man made a court appearance today in connection with London's first murder of 2010.

David Hatch is charged in the death of 29 year old Marie Roberts of St. Thomas.  Her body was discovered Monday night inside a room at the Radisson Hotel on Wellington Road South.

Police say the victim and the accused knew each other.  Hatch was remanded in custody and will return to court next Tuesday.
