The ink on the federal budget documents was barely dry, when a bleary-eyed Finance Minister showed up at a Tim Horton's shop in London to sell the austritry plan to Canadians on live morning radio and television.
Jim Flaherty says he chose London to kick-off his budget tour because the region was hit hard by the manufacturing meltdown.
The Minister conducted anout ten interviews during the one-hour visit... but many customers were more interested in their morning coffee than the morning after budget.
