Funeral arrangements are being made for OPP Constable Vu Pham who was killed in a shootout with a suspect on Monday during a roadside stop.
Vu Pam is being remembered as a dedicated police officer, a devoted husband and father, and an active member of the community.
He took part in the funeral of Corporal Matthew Dinning, a local soldier who was killed in Afghanistan in 2006.
Arrangements for a public funeral for Pham have not been completed.
