Medical officials at London Health Sciences Centre admit they have a lot of improvements to make on surgical checklists.

A provincial report gives both University and Victoria Hospitals a 62 % grade on checklist compliance... compared to a provincial average of 92 %.

St. Joseph's did much better, recording a 98.9 % compliance rate.
