Drew Ferguson: Videographer

Drew Ferguson has worked for A-Channel Wingham and its predecessor CKNX-TV since 1982. Drew entered broadcasting after earning a degree in Political Science from York University (where he also played Varsity Rugby) and a diploma in Journalism from Fanshawe College. Following a year with CHLO Radio in St. Thomas, he joined CKNX in Wingham in 1978, working in both television and radio news. Drew's production credits include the launch and first two years with the ‘Ontario Fisherman’ television series, as well as the very successful ‘Inside the Platers’ for CKNX-TV. Outside of broadcasting, Drew is a volunteer with local minor hockey as a certified trainer and also plays in the local adult league. He and his wife Jeanette have two children, Amelia and Owen.
