Celine was born and raised in Orangeville, Ontario. She attended Fanshawe College to pursue a career in Broadcast Journalism. Celine worked briefly in radio in London before being hired at /A\ News as a part-time writer in 2003. Since then, she has also worked as a full-time cameraperson at the station, and in summer of 2008 became the videographer for /A\ Morning.
In addition to her responsibilities at /A\ News, Celine also teaches part-time at Fanshawe College, which is also where she met her husband, back when they were both students there.
Celine says, "When people find out I wake up at 3am for work, they cringe, but it's not that bad -- my husband gets up even earlier for his radio job!"
