Weekdays at 7am/A\ Atlantic's signature program, Breakfast Television (BT), is broadcast live from the CTV Atlantic studios in Halifax from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 a.m. and is the most popular morning show in the Maritimes.*
BT is an informative mix of news, weather, sports and community information designed to give viewers across the region everything they need to start their day. BT is co-hosted by Jayson Baxter and Maria Panopalis and features roving reporter Cyril Lunney and news guru Crystal Garrett. Special guests, musical artists and a variety of interesting personalities round out the show.
In recognition of BT's efforts to promote the local music scene, the show has been honoured in the past with a prestigious East Coast Music Award. Committed to their Maritime roots, BT hosts can often be found performing, hosting and participating at community events across the region.
