Coyotes in Barrhaven?

A warning tonight for residents in Barrhaven.

The city says there were several reports of coyotes sightings over the weekend.

Officials say the coyotes were seen along Jockvale Road between Cedarview and Fable. Coyotes were also spotted in Mowak Park.

If you spot a coyote or what you think may be a coyote, do not approach the animal.

Call police, and let the appropriate personnel handle the situation.
