Two families are making a desperate plea for the public's help in finding their missing teen daughters.
Maisy Odjick and Shannon Alexander live in the Kitigan Zibi First Nations community, just north of Ottawa. On September 5th, the girls told Shannon's father they were going out; they have not been seen or heard from since.
Police forces across the country have been keeping an eye out for the girls, and tips from the public are keeping the investigation active, but so far, all of the tips have led to dead ends.
Maisy Odjick is described as about six-feet tall and weighing 119 to 125 pounds. She has short brown hair, a pierced left nostril and two piercings on her lower lip.
Shannon Alexander is five-foot-nine, weighs about 145 pounds and has brown eyes and short, dark brown hair. She has facial acne, pierced ears and wears a silver necklace with a feather on it.
The families of Maisy Odjick and Shannon Alexander have set up a website to collect donations so they can offer a reward for information about the disappearance of the girls. To learn more about the missing girls and how you can make a donation
