Post-Strike Transit Fare Break Ends
If you pay cash to ride the bus you can expect to pay the full price today. The city's post-strike discount has come to an end.

Riders had been enjoying half-price fares for the past few weeks as the city looked to get people back on the bus. Rates will now increase to $3 dollars for regular routes.

OC Transpo service is also expanding Monday morning. Express routes 33 & 35 are now running for the first time since the transit strike started in early December.

If you have a December pass you can still get a 60% discount on your March pass.

OC Transpo says all remaining routes should be back in service by the middle of the month.
