Videographer:
Laura began her career in 2003 as a news intern at FOX 2 News WJBK in Detroit, Michigan. In 2005 Laura moved on to become a General Assignment Reporter at KCAU-TV, an ABC affiliate in Sioux City, Iowa. In 2006 Laura moved back to her hometown of Windsor, Ontario and worked as a videographer at 'A' News Windsor. In October 2006 Laura joined 'A' News as a reporter at our Pembroke Station.
Education:
Bachelor of Arts in Journalism, Wayne State University
Extracurricular:
Laura loves to create various Italian dishes and she always makes her sauces from scratch. Laura is an avid reader, and she travels as much as possible.
What I like most about my job:
"I love reporting because everyday is a new adventure. I constantly get the opportunity to learn something from the numerous people I meet on a daily basis. It is my hope that my stories inform, inspire, and enhance the lives of our viewers."
