Education:
B.A Communications Studies- Wilfred Laurier University Post Graduate Radio Broadcasting- Humber college

Extracurricular:
I have always been a sports fan. I played hockey and baseball for many years and am an avid golfer. I have also been privileged to coach and referee minor hockey back home in Markham. To be able to be a part of some great charity events in Ottawa and give back to the community is what it is all about for me. When not watching sports, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends back home.

Why I love my Job:
Being able to incorporate/turn my passion for sports in to a career has been my goal for many years. The world of sports is so dynamic, exciting and emotional and sharing those highs and lows with a city which is also so passionate about their sports teams has been a thrill. I truly believe that covering local youth sports are just as important as the pros because that is where young athletes learn the fundamentals of good sportsmanship. I enjoy that my job allows me to follow the local sports teams in the community, meet inspiring people/athletes and share some amazing stories.
