VICTORIA - With mostly sunny skies and a high of ten degrees in Victoria today, it feels as though spring has arrived.  Last month, Victoria came very close to breaking weather records and Environment Canada says we're "well above normal" for February as well.  All of the warmth means exotic fruit is growing in the Capital Region.  The City of Victoria found bananas growing from its ornamental banana tree for the first time in 15 years.  Also, Vantreight Farms' daffodils are popping up nearly a month early.
