UVIC - An effort to strip the University of Victoria's pro-life club of its status and its funding has caught the BC Civil Liberties Association's attention. 

The UVic Student Society started the process against the group "Youth Protecting Youth" after receiving complaints and reports of harassment. 

The Civil Liberties Association says the issue goes beyond the debate over abortion rights and is threatening student's right to freedom of expression.
