In the film Cinderella Man, the former successful boxer James Braddock (Russell Crowe) loses all his possessions and savings with the crash of the stock market. In the film Too Cool For Christmas, self-centred and spoiled 16-year-old Lindsay Dearborn (Brooke Nevin, THE 4400), plans to ditch spending Christmas with her family in order to go on a ski trip with some friends. After several rude comments to a shopping mall Santa (George Hamilton, The Godfather Part III) about his beard and outdated clothing, Santa surprisingly agrees with her. Lindsay puts Santa through a total makeover, and is rewarded with an invitation to accompany Santa on his Christmas Eve rounds. Santa intends the trip to show Lindsay the true holiday spirit.
