Warships Engage In Grey Cup Challenge
ESQUIMALT - Two of Canada's warships are getting into the Grey Cup spirit with a challenge on behalf of their namesake cities.

HMCS Regina which is based in Esquimalt and HMCS Montreal, stationed in Halifax have agreed to fly the opposing club's flag from their most prominent yard arm should their team lose.

Lt. Cmdr. Paul Francoeur aboard HMCS Regina came up with the idea.

The self-proclaimed life-long Saskatchewan Roughriders fan says he's confident Regina won't be flying the Montreal Alouttes flag after Sunday's game.

Regina's captain Derek Moss is also a fan of the Riders.

He says the team has the best fans in the league and epitomize what a CFL team should be.
