Sports Reporter/Sports Anchor
Jordan was born in Edmonton (which explains a few things) - but has a passion for covering Vancouver Island's teams!
While attending Camosun College in the Applied Communication Program, Jordan handled play-by-play duties for the University of Victoria. Internships in Denver and Phoenix followed, before finally landing a PAID gig at /A\ News in early 2004.
Jordan has seen many sides of the news room since then, from news writer and editor, to sports videographer, and now to sports anchor and videographer for /A\ News at 11. He can still be seen getting trampled with his camera on the sidelines of all Victoria's sporting venues.
Some highlights include covering Victoria's Steve Nash in Phoenix as he captured his first of two NBA MVP awards, as well as shooting an award-winning series from Phoenix featuring Nash and Rich Harden during their 2005 seasons.
Extracurricular:
Jordan endures regular failure on the golf course, enjoys working out and is fanatical about the Edmonton Oilers, New York Yankees and Led Zeppelin.
