Some councillors don't see a problem with it, but some do. The planning advisory committee tables a motion to change the zoning bylaw for 800 Wellington Street.
That change would allow the owner to run Windsor's first gay strip club on the second floor of a Wellington Street building.
The committee voted to change the zoning bylaw, subject to several conditions; no visible signage, restricted square footage, operation from Tuesday to Saturday, monitored perimeter, no rear or side access, and a parking permit.
