It's a Girl
Mayor Eddie Francis and his wife, Dr. Michelle Prince are proud parents this morning.

The couple welcomed their seven pound baby girl, Sienna Cedar Francis at 3:00 a.m. this morning.

Mom and Dad are tired, but are doing well.
