Fight is Over for Exotic Dancers
The City had imposed a licensing fee on exotic dancers.

Now Canada's highest court has ended the city's attempt at appeal.

The Supreme Court has decided you simply cannot license exotic dancers because dancing is not considered an occupation.

Clubs all over Windsor united against the city and for the third time the courts ruled in their favour.

Many club owners paid the licensing fee on behalf of dances.

Now that the city lost its appeal, it has to pay that money back.
