Details of the proposed Windsor-Detroit tunnel deal are coming to light in documents obtained by A-News.

Information from the Detroit mayor's office suggests the deal could leave Windsor open to considerable financial risk.

However, Windsor Mayor Eddie Francis says its far too early for Detroit to be speculating on the final terms of any deal.

Municipal affairs specialist Daryl Newcombe revealed the contents of the documents tonight on A-News at Six.
