Rick Walker joined the 'A' News Team after spending 15 years in television covering events of regional and national interest across Southwestern Ontario and parts of Michigan. Rick is a graduate of the broadcast journalism program at Fanshawe College and also studied economics at the University of Western Ontario. Early in his career Rick worked in radio in London and Chatham. His assignments have included coverage of world economic summits, Federal and Ontario provincial politics, and events involving world leaders including U.S. president Bill Clinton, The Queen, and Pope John Paul II. Rick considers himself extremely fortunate to find his career has brought him full circle back to his roots in broadcasting.
