Jason is entering his 6th year of broadcasting. As a fresh graduate of Fanshawe College's 'Broadcast Journalism Program,' Jason was hired on as a summer student in 2001 at AM 800 CKLW in Windsor. The seasonal job led to a full-time position as a general assignment reporter. Later he was named municipal affairs reporter and education reporter.
Following a short stint in Western Canada; Jason returned to Ontario to complete Fanshawe College's 'Television News' post-graduate program. Shortly after graduation, he made his return to Windsor as a videographer, editor and writer for 'A' News Windsor.
Among the highlights of Jason’s reporting history are the Pelee Island plane crash, the Horti-Pak plastics plant fire, and the North American blackout
