About the Show:Divorced working mother Christine Campbell (Julia Louis-Dreyfus) successfully juggles the daily stresses of motherhood and business. Christine owns a women's 30-minute workout gym with her best friend, Barb (Wanda Sykes). Her 10-year-old son, Ritchie (Trevor Gagnon), attends a posh private school, where Christine endures endless encounters with two snooty stay-at-home moms, Marly (Tricia O'Kelley) and Lindsay (Alex Kapp Horner). Christine's twentysomething brother, Matthew (Hamish Linklater), lives with her and, in a pinch, serves as Ritchie's babysitter.
Christine gets along with her charming ex-husband, Richard (Clark Gregg), even better than when they were married, but her life got a lot more complicated after she met Richard's new girlfriend: a nice, young, impossible-to-hate woman also named Christine (Emily Rutherfurd) - the "new" Christine. After realizing that Richard is moving on with his life, "old" Christine is trying to make that same leap.
